  • No percentage or commission is charged to hostels or food vendors.

5. Payment and Refunds

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our discretion.

  • You must provide accurate payment information; failure may result in suspension of services.

6. Ordering and Delivery

  • Yummy App is a platform connecting users to hostels and food vendors.

  • We strive for accuracy in menus, pricing, and delivery times but cannot guarantee them.

  • Users should inspect delivered food and report any issues promptly.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal purposes

  • Impersonate others or provide false information

  • Interfere with app operations or security

  • Violate intellectual property rights

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, logos, and software on Yummy App are owned by or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Yummy App is provided “as is”.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Delays, errors, or inaccuracies in orders

    • Losses, damages, or dissatisfaction resulting from app use

    • Actions of hostels or third-party service providers

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

  • Users may cancel subscriptions anytime, but refunds are not guaranteed.

12. Governing Law
